Shipping & Delivery Policy

Perfox is software delivered online. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges, addresses or delivery times apply.
Account access
Your workspace is created as soon as you complete sign-up (email confirmation or Google sign-in) — usually within a minute — and you can sign in to the Perfox Studio straight away. Your 5,000 free credits are added at the same time.
Credit purchases
Credits you buy are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a few seconds, and your GST invoice is available in Billing & Usage.
If something doesn't arrive
If your workspace isn't ready or purchased credits don't appear within 30 minutes, email support@perfox.ai with your workspace name and payment ID and we will fix it within one business day — or refund the payment in full.
