Terms of Service

Perfox is a software platform for building, deploying and monitoring AI agents that talk to your customers over web chat, voice, phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email. We provide it online, as a service; we may improve, change or retire features over time, and we will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.

You must give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and be at least 18. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by people you invite. Tell us at support@perfox.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Perfox is prepaid. New workspaces receive 5,000 free credits; after that you buy credits and usage is deducted at the rates on the Pricing page (1 credit = ₹1). Free credits have no cash value.
• GST at 18% is added to credit purchases and shown on your tax invoice.
• Rates can change; a change applies to usage after it takes effect, never to usage already charged.
• Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open. When your balance reaches zero, metered services pause until you top up; turn on auto-recharge to avoid interruption.
• Charges from providers you connect yourself (for example Plivo, Meta or your email provider) are billed by them, not by Perfox.
• Refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You must not use Perfox to:

• send spam or unsolicited messages or calls, or contact people without the consent the law requires (including TRAI / DLT rules and WhatsApp's policies);
• break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, privacy or intellectual property;
• deceive people — for example by hiding that they are talking to an AI where the law requires disclosure — or impersonate anyone;
• generate or spread illegal, harmful, abusive or sexually explicit content;
• attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits or security; or
• resell the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts the service or others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.

You own everything you put into Perfox and everything your agents produce for you. You give us permission to host and process it only to run the service for you. You are responsible for your content, for having the right to use it, and for your agents' conversations with your customers — including telling them how their data is used. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

AI agents can make mistakes. Answers are generated from your instructions, your knowledge base and the tools you connect, and you should check anything important before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use your agents' output and for keeping a human in the loop where decisions matter.

Perfox, its software, design and documentation belong to us and our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used to improve Perfox without obligation to you.

Perfox connects to services run by others (channel providers, AI model providers, your own systems). Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

We work to keep Perfox available and publish live status at perfox.ai/status, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Support is available through the Support Center in the Studio and at support@perfox.ai.

To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including fitness for a particular purpose. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the amount you paid Perfox in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will defend and compensate us for claims arising from your content, your agents' communications with your customers, or your breach of these terms or the law.

You can stop using Perfox and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if the law requires it. Before closing an account for reasons other than misuse, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the Studio at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Perfox after that means you accept them.
